* Guests must follow the strata bylaws and regulations.
* No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building, or up to 6 meters from the
building's front door.
* No drinking alcohol in the common areas of the building.
* No noise in the lobby, elevators, or hallways.

And these are my own little rules :
*No unregistered guests.
*No more than 4 people in the apartment .
*Please remove your shoes when entering the unit (as good Canadians do).
*Please, avoid removing make-up on the towels. There are Kleenex, cotton pads and cotton swabs provide for that purpose.
*Please use the tablecloth and coasters/under the mugs , to prevent unsightly stains on the furniture.
*No pets*Smoking/ drugs /parties are no permitted inside the suite.
*We ask to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.(quite &respect for neighbours ).
